Our utmost priority is ensuring that your personal information and payment information are secure and your privacy is respected at all times.

• We will not share, rent or distribute your email address to third parties for any reason. Ever.
  
  
• Whenever you provide any confidential information, such as credit card information, we use SSL technology to provide data encryption for your protection and security.

Wholesale Policies

• Wholesale rates are available at up to 40% off SRP. You may sell our books for any price you want. Contact us for more information.
  
  
• Wholesale purchases are eligible for an additional 5% discount if the order is billed nonreturnable.
  
  
• If a book is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will back-order and ship as soon as it becomes available. Back-orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping.
  
  
• Books obtained through special offers (; eg. seasonal promotions) may not be returned.
  
  
• Books may be returned for credit provided that a copy of the invoice is included and the books are returned in clean, resalable condition. Returns are not accepted before 30 days or after 12 months from the date of invoice. Books returned without invoice will be credited at 30% of SRP.
  
  
• Co-op Advertising and custom cover art is available. Ask for details.

Acceptable Use Policies
No persons may use Tiki Books facilities, services, products or capabilities to conduct, or solicit the performance of, any illegal activity, or to conduct any other activity which infringes on the rights of Tiki Books or any third party.

No client may upload, submit for use in design or otherwise transmit any message, data, image or program that would violate the property rights of any third party. This includes the unauthorized transmission of copyrighted text, images, music, programs, or trade secrets or other confidential proprietary information, trademarks, service marks or trade names used in an infringing manner. Customers may not submit or transmit any information which is libelous or defamatory, or which violates or infringes on any right of privacy of any person.

Refusal of service
Tiki Books reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

Indemnification
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold Tiki Books harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys fees asserted against Tiki Books, its agents, its customers, officers and employees that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the client, its agents, employees or assigns. Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Tiki Books harmless against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.

With humble apology to my lawyer, or any other... in plain English, this means that if your product, service or company causes harm to any third party, or submits information that is a copyright infringement, we are not responsible. You are.
